The short version
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server. Everything below is what is left once that is true.
What our web server records
Like any web server, ours keeps an access log: your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser's user agent. We use it to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. These logs are deleted after 14 days.
The live measurement on the front page
When the page loads, it asks our own server how long your connection took to reach Utah and which protocol it used. The answer shows your IP address back to you; it is not stored with that number. To draw your line on the map, our server looks your address up in a geolocation database that lives on the same server (DB-IP Lite), so nothing about you is sent anywhere else.
For the fainter lines that replay recent visitors, we keep only the time, the round-trip time and your city's coordinates rounded to about 100 km, with no IP address. The page shows the last 30 of these; the underlying log is deleted after 14 days.
The perimeter log and the attack map
These show connections our firewall refused. Source addresses are masked to the first two numbers, locations are rounded to about 100 km, and the addresses of our own systems are never shown. The firewall records with full addresses stay on our own servers and are deleted after 3 days.
The contact form
What you type (name, email, company, message) is sent to our server, which e-mails it to info@abcfastservice.com together with the IP address it came from, so we can answer you and spot abuse. The website itself stores nothing. The e-mail stays in our mailbox as ordinary business correspondence; ask us and we will delete it.
To keep spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It loads only when you start filling in the form, and while you do, Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and connection to tell people from bots. That processing is described in the Turnstile privacy addendum and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Who receives your data
Nobody outside ABC Fast Service, apart from Cloudflare for the spam check described above. We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not use it for marketing.
